On Saturday I braved the heat and competed in my 16th consecutive St Mary’s Feast 5.5-Mile Road Race in Cranston, RI.  With temperatures reaching the high 90’s, my guide Gus and I were soaked in sweat before we hit the first mile mare.  Although it was extremely hot, I had a near perfect race, finishing in a time of time of 1:35:02.  This was one of my best times on this course.  Thanks Gus for sweating it out with me. ...
